I don't know if I'm posting this in the right forum but I have problems recording webcams from vichatter.com using RMC. I can download the cams fine for 5 minutes, and then the stream breaks and RMC says "complete with errors". Is there any way I can change my settings so that the stream keeps going?

In THIS CASE - I'd recommend you contact applian support at http://applian.com/support.php - you'll be able to provide them with a log file showing your recordings which will be needed in order to research the issue with their programmer.
