Hi everybody!

I tried your step-by-step procedure and it seems to worked fine, but I have another version of IndivBox.key: 10.0.0.3646.
If I run FairUse4WM (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/FairUse4WM-freeware-DRM-removal-Windows-software-Strip-copy-protection-from-WMV-ASF-WMA-Windows-Media-Player.htm) on my files, it will proceed them and generate an [NoDRM]_XXXX.AVI file. If I check this file with a rightclick, I can see that there is no "License" Dialogbox anymore. BUT if I try to play this movie on my "Western Digital HD TV" it starts for a few seconds and then it's end without any comment.
I want to do this on files from the german videoportal www.maxdome.de...
Could you help me and let me know what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks, Alex

PS: Sorry for my english. hopefully you will understand what I mean... ;-)

FairUse4WM (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/FairUse4WM-freeware-DRM-removal-Windows-software-Strip-copy-protection-from-WMV-ASF-WMA-Windows-Media-Player.htm) can remove DRM protection from Windows Media .WMV video files. It is strange that you have an AVI file extension.

You can try GSpot Codec Infortmation to find out more about the video files you have. You can also rename your AVI files to WMV and try to play them with your hardware. Just make sure that it supports Windows Media files.

You are totally right. Sorry, of course I mean WMV files... :o

But I still can't play them on my WD HD TV. Maybe you could download the trailer from www.maxdome.de and try it by yourself?
EDIT:
Hmmm, now I'm confused. I just tried to play the WMV without DRM on another Computer (which don't have the licenze) and it worked fine. That means, that my Western Digital HD TV has problems with WMV files... shit!
Sorry for the request!

-Alex

Thanks for your help!

You can try to download some DRM-free .WMV files and see whether you will have any problems with them or not.

Also please see the specification of Western Digital HD TV, it might not support Windows Media files at all OR it might have some limited support of these files.
