I'm trying to rip from this address:

In 2.2d it says

I'm looking on earlier versions but they seem to miss RTMPdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm)-file. They don't accept this command.

What to do?
This is version 2.2d for OS X.

Use the latest version of RTMPdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm). You shouldn't have the Handshake 9 error using v.2.4
