I am having trouble ripping dvd to my PC. I’m using another free downloaded convert software to do it, it works fine with the first two videos. But suddenly it just shut down automatically, no matter how I re-operate it, it just won’t work. Any one can help??

Try to decrypt your DVD with freeware DVD Decrypter, if needed.

Then you can convert your video to iPhone using freeware Handbrake (http://all-streaming-media.com/convert-audio-video-files/HandBrake-free-DVD-to-iPod-DVD-to-PSP-converter.htm) or freeware videora iphone converter.

Frist, decrypt your DVD,if it still can’t work, you just ask here,hope you find the right answer.
