help! help
Please provide more details. What kind of stream are you trying to listen to? What streaming player do you use? Do you have any problem playing music files from your HD?
Here is the audio: http://biz.yahoo.com/cc/1/88501.html
Both media player and real player have the same issue: bar moving but no sound.
Both software works perfectly when I play mp3 stored in my hard disk.

I've clicked on the "Listen to the archived event audio" link and instead of seeing an embedded media player, I was offered to open the following link in the Media Player:
http://web.servicebureau.net/conf/meta?i=1112968877&c=2343&m=was&u=/w_ccbn.xsl&date_ticker=CAL
It appeared to be a Windows Media stream that played just fine in my standalone Windows Media Player.
I don't really know what to suggest. Take a look at the volume and the Mute button.
You can also try to record the Windows Media stream with a streaming media recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/all-streaming-video-recording-software.htm) like freeware GetASFStream (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/record-streaming-video-windows-media.htm#GetASFStream). See whether WMA file will play fine from your hard disk.
