That's tough, well..you could try recording it using a Screen Capture (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) program, then uploading it...that would work like a charm I think. :)

Or you can try another audio/video converter (http://all-streaming-media.com/convert-audio-video-files/).

And you can also try to extract or record audio from the presentation and mux it with the video, however there might be some problems with audio/video synchronization.

It won’t work if you upload the you presentation directly onto Youtube. You have to think about the format. It seems that Google and Microsoft agree like cats and dogs. You can use a powerpoint to video converer. It can convert your presentation to video without losing any effect.

Step1, Download a Powerpoint to video converter and intall it onto your computer.

Step2, Convert the presentation to video format supported by YouTube.

Step3, Upload the converted video to Youtube.

Besides using screen recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) to capture a video for your PowerPoint, you can also try some professional PowerPoint to video converters to do this. Most of them support retaining all the elements you add to PowerPoint, like animations, transition, music and videos.

Two methods are available for converting a powerpoint to youtube video:

Method A:
1.Save your PowerPoint slides as images like jpg or png in Mirosoft PowerPoint
2.Import these pictures into Windows Movie Maker and make a video.

Method B:
Record Powerpoint presentation from screen using screen video capture software (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/)

Method C:
Use a PowerPoint to video converter to convert your powerpoint file to video format directly.

Notice: All your PowerPoint original elements like animations, transitions, video clips and sounds will be removed when you save your powerpoint slides as images using Method A.
