FairUse4WM (http://all-streaming-media.com/remove-DRM-protection/FairUse4WM-freeware-DRM-removal-Windows-software-Strip-copy-protection-from-WMV-ASF-WMA-Windows-Media-Player.htm) can remove Microsoft DRM from Windows Media files only.

I haven't seen any DRM removal tools for MediaShell yet, but you can always try to use screen recorders (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) for re-recording videos from screen and direct sound recording software for re-recording audio from your sound card.

Most screen recorders (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) allow to record video with sound, so you don't need to record them separately and then sync them.
