there are two good players for videos recorded with rtmpdump:

potplayer
ffplay

potplayer has better UI (I don't know how to jump to position in ffplay)

other players have broken audio and require encoding which takes time

what are your experiences?

the recently updated vlc media player is my weapon of choice for rtmpdump'd streams. but for highly corrupted live stream caps, irfanview's flash player add-on (because it actually embeds adobe's active-X flash player plugin) has proved bullet proof. if it can't play it, nothing will.
