Normally like this, but I think it's Geo-Located to Pakistan or India.

Thanks, you are right about it is Indian but it is not geo blocked.
because this site offers service to US and Canada resident.

You can download software for PC, Mac, Apple, Android.
and I can play it here in US.

I used URL Snooper to get rtmp link during free trial, that how I got that rtmp link but I am not about to play it via rtmpdump.
