I know there are other posts about this subject but I couldn't see a definitive answer.

Anyone who can provide me a workable and practical method of capturing full HD 1080p Olympic Archery videos (English versions) can have $20 via paypal.

I'm trying to get all of the 2012 London Olympic Archery matches before they are pulled.
Can't do screen capture and lose resolution - need the full HD version.
I've tried Riptiger, Replay Media Capture 4, various extensions for Opera, Firefox, Chrome and have not had luck. My understanding is that some softwares used to do this but Adobe went after them all and all current versions do not. It's possible Replay version 3.0.1 or earlier might do it, I'm hoping to try that soon. FYI both 3.0.1 torrents I have tried have viruses so be careful!

Someone was nice enough to upload 3 good archery vids and I have them but am seeking the others.

I have posted this offer on another forum, cash is for the first person to help me or send me a link/method of doing it that I can verify. $20 isn't much but it's better than nothing.

I will post the method here if I find out elsewhere, but based on the content on this forum, I think this is the place to be.

Thanks in advance!

I've been researching this too.

There doesn't seem to be a good solution; the best thing so far is to "screen capture".

:/

Alternatively, you can download the videos from the Canadian news website (forget URL, it's listed on this site somewhere) with a Canadian proxy; I understand the videos on the Canadian site are easier to snatch.

I also got ffmpg working, but it takes way too long. Not practical at all for long videos. (The videos I want are all 4+ hours long).

I'm too lazy to do that, I'll wait around and hopefully something will pop up.

PS: Please keep me posted if you find a viable solution!

(So far it looks bleak).

Videos are linked on this page

Here's a direct link to one of the video pages.

These require you authenticate with your cable tv provider, which can be anyone as long as you get MSNBC and CNBC.

I would post it but it's not mine, it's borrowed. I killed my TV service earlier this year and had to borrow a friend's account to watch online Olympic videos.

Any update on how to do this? I know a ton of people are out there trying.

I dont care about a sob story, you are asking for help, you need to provide login, or go away.
