Yes - you can record netflix (http://downloadnetflix.com/) with most Screen Capture (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) Tools such as Replay Video Capture.

It will NOT be recordable by Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) unfortunately, as they do encrypt their streams
