i'm trying to move my ruckus music files to my iTunes on my computer, and i got as far as downloading and attempting to use Fair Use 4. whenever i try to use it though, i get to where i must click 'acquire keys' and i get this error message
'IBX Version 11.0.6000.6324 isn't supported yet.

any help as to what to do???
