Windows 32-bit: Program Files/Kodi/system/players/dvdplayer/librtmp.dll
Windows 64-bit: Program Files (x86)/Kodi/system/players/dvdplayer/librtmp.dll

did you have access to a terminal with root privileges?

I know the ip of the box.

I tried to enter via PUTTY and then FTP, but could not enter in.

I have the default root login pw to the box.

and if you try

ssh root@ip
if you find librtmp.so.0 I recommend making a backup before update

example
cp /usr/lib/librtmp.so.0 /usr/lib/librtmp.so.0.backup
