Is StreamboxRipper good for this task?
Are there better programs to use?

Why do you need to convert MP3 files to WAV? How many files do you need to convert?
Sometimes I use free audio/video conversion software (http://all-streaming-media.com/convert-audio-video-files/) like SUPER or MenCoder.
Also some CD/DVD burning software programs like ubiquitous Nero (http://all-streaming-media.com/CD-and-DVD-burning/Nero-Burning-ROM-CD-DVD-HD-HVD-Blue-ray-disc-burning-software-Windows.htm) allow you to burn Audio CDs from MP3 files directly, so you don't really need any audio converter.

Then try to add MP3 files to your Audio CD with Sonic RecordNow. If it can't do that, you may use any audio/video conversion software (http://all-streaming-media.com/convert-audio-video-files/) that supports batch conversion, like free MediaCoder, SUPER or StreamRipper, for example.

Take a look at SoundTaxi converter (http://all-streaming-media.com/remove-DRM-protection/SoundTaxi-Convert-DRM-protected-music-from-Windows-Media-Player-iTunes-Napster-Yahoo-Music-Rhapsody.htm).
It's possible to remove drm with it!
