You don't have enough information in the m3u8 link. You need the session info to be appended to the m3u8.

Those are live links so they won't work after the fact. Also, it's important to post links/specs using code boxes.

That being said, since all you are looking to do is play, GrindPlayer (http://www.flashls.org/latest/examples/osmf/GrindPlayer.html) should do the trick with an active, live stream.

If you are on Mac then pasting the link into Safari should work automatically. Same if on Win10 using Edge browser.

It's a more convoluted process for <Win10.
