I downloaded https://yt-dl.org/latest/youtube-dl.exe but it won't run the application. What should I do?

it works on command line

download https://yt-dl.org/latest/youtube-dl.exe
in C:\opensoftware\youtube-dl\ for example

open command prompt (cmd.exe)

go to the youtube-dl's folder

cd C:\opensoftware\youtube-dl\


and write the code

youtube-dl -g "http://admin.brightcove.com/viewer..................................
