livestreamer 1.12.0 and 1.12.1 seem to detect only 240, 360, and 480p mobile streams.

How to properly get access to the 720p+ streams?

Yes, I'm using the daily win build.

Very odd. When I connect through my ISP, only the small streams are shown. When I connect through PIA VPN, all streams are shown.

Hmmm...wonder if there's something in my hosts file causing the problems.
