Apparently after using Jaksta (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Jaksta-Streaming-Media%20Recorder-and-Converter.htm) (with no problems) for 5 months, it keeps staying even restricted mode, even when I load my license key.

I tried contacting support, but to no avail - no replies.


So does anyone know how I can rectify this problem? Or if they have a key they can provide? Or tell support?

If you have a router connected to your pc, block
jaksta.com
www.jaksta.com

the program connects to jaksta to check the license file every time it starts up

or

disconnect the internet connection before you start jaksta

This problem usually arises with illegal copies of Jaksta (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Jaksta-Streaming-Media%20Recorder-and-Converter.htm). If you are a legal owner you should contact support and the problem will be resolved.

Yeah fixed issue. Apparently my new Norton Virus protector was preventing the program - weird. but fixed.
