After download, extract it with winrar or ...
Then, you have some files like these:
EasyHook32.dll
EasyHook.dll
rtmpdump.exe
rtmpExplorer_ru.exe
rtmpsrv.exe
rtmpsuck.exe

Open "rtmpExplorer_ru.exe"!!! (That's Russian version):rolleyes:

First of all, I made a mistake in compressing that zip archive.

here: http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa214/craigten/WINRARERROR.jpg , go to rtmpexplorer folder again and then run rtmpexplorer.exe!!

and that error is because of you don't have .NET Framework Version 4.0. download it here:

I can see you have pasted url in firefox instead of rmtpexplorer!! and if you have pasted that in rtmpexplorer, you have to wait till rtmpsrv get rtmp url!!
