Hello,

I am trying to download an episode of Charlie Rose using rtmpdump. However, every time I get the same error : handshake failed. The video seems to be hosted by hulu.

I'm running Windows 8.1 and Firefox. The episode is here :

http://charlierose.com/watch/60661371

I apologize in advance, but although I'm somewhat computer literate, most of what is discussed on this forum is way over my head. (I can follow instructions though.) :)

If you need more information, like the text of the error, please let me know.

I realize that I should have been more specific. Here is the text of the error :

rtmpdump no longer works with hulu. It hasn't for some time now.

Thanks.

Apologies for my ignorance - I didn't even know to look for posts tagged 'Hulu' in this forum.

I see now that this question has been asked to death. (Although, in my defense, not in reference to Charlie Rose!)

If anyone is interested, I ended up using SCR Pro on my rooted Android tablet to capture the video. It did the job well enough. To find it, just search for "SCR Pro xda" in Google.
