Right clicking on the player gives 3 relevant options:

"About JW PLAYER 5.8.2011 (Licensed version)"
"About Adobe Flash Player 10
"Download This Video to RealPlayer."

If i click the last option; my realplayer downloader pops up & it reads "This clip is not downloadable from this site".

The URL/website is :
http://www.afrispot.com/musichome.php?cat=highlife

I have tried a lot of rippers, u name it...but nothing seems to do the job. I think the administrator has probably blocked any ripping from his JW PLAYER version 5.8.2011.

Any ideas would help a lot?

This is the url that I got:
rtmpdump -r "rtmpe://audios.afrispot.net/secureaudios" -a "secureaudios" -f "WIN 11,1,102,55" -W "http://www.afrispot.com/jwplayer/player.swf" -p "http://www.afrispot.com/musichome.php?cat=highlife" -y "mp4:ddbc3e703407349b.mp3.m4a" -o mp4_ddbc3e703407349b.mp3.flv

I've used swfhash and ...:
rtmpdump -r "rtmpe://audios.afrispot.net/secureaudios" -a "secureaudios" --swfUrl "http://www.afrispot.com/jwplayer/player.swf" --swfsize 208684 --swfhash "d0f383d3902954f123c0b9c4bca4322023a77abc90796b1150 8c29d9accb18bf" -y "mp4:ddbc3e703407349b.mp3.m4a" -o mp4_ddbc3e703407349b.mp3.flv

what can I do on my part to rip it?
Download rtmpdump (http://www.mediafire.com/file/41d7grdao288y2q/rtmpdump-2.4.zip)!!

Then read the instructions (http://stream-recorder.com/forum/use-rtmpdump-rtmp-dump-tutorials-t8911.html)to how using it!!

Guys, it worked, thank you. However:

The test.flv file (music track) plays but it loops after like every 10 seconds of play. Also, how can I rip and save multiple tracks at a time ?
It appears from the command prompt that it downloads probably all the tracks but it only outputs just one (the test.flv).

Hi,

I've been lurking around here for a long time now and this is my first post.... Before I did an intro post I wanted to see if anyone would be willing to share some of the other sites you use other than this forum.... Not necesarily other forums (although those are good too) but also just informational type sites/blogs. Thanks in advance!
