Chrome Developer Tool --> Network
Search for NoteDetail
Go To Preview. Expand data --> note_detail

Copy with one click both file_url and subject. You don't need subject but is only for the the complete string of the file_url. Paste on Notepad, copy only file_url and paste it in the browser. Then you get the direct link of the PDF.
