Can you help with me with what tools were used to get these links?
I am using HLS stream detector along with livestream but unable to download. Thanks.

Youtube-dl can download that.

Before I open mp3 in player, I get pop-up window saying:

windows cannot find wact.exe

Check your mp3s for viruses after you download them, and write back here to us, how it was.
