Hi! I can find the download link but the code changes after some time. Could you find the stream link:

Just check the page source there you can find the m3u8 playlist.Just grab it and then use it with livestreamer in hlsvariant mode.
livestreamer "hlsvariant://dittotv.live-s.cdn.bitgravity.com/cdn-live/_definst_/dittotv/secure/zee_tv_3G.smil/playlist.m3u8?e=XXXXXXXXXX&X=XX&X=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" best
The X values are different for you so use them too.
