I need to remove DRM protection from legally purchased (not rented) Amazon Unbox (http://all-streaming-media.com/downloadable-audio-and-video/Unbox-video-download-service-purchase-or-rent-movies-cartoons-TV-shows-educational-videos.htm) (Video On Demand) videos.

I used to remove DRM protection from WMV files with do that with FairUse4WM (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/FairUse4WM-freeware-DRM-removal-Windows-software-Strip-copy-protection-from-WMV-ASF-WMA-Windows-Media-Player.htm), but it doesn't work for me. I tried to delete the DRM folder, but Micro$oft forces be to get the latest version of IBX at individualization.

Is there an updated version of FairUse4WM? Are there any other lossless DRM removal tools for Windows Media .WMV videos?

Microsoft started forcing users to get the latest version of IBX recently. FairUse4WM (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/FairUse4WM-freeware-DRM-removal-Windows-software-Strip-copy-protection-from-WMV-ASF-WMA-Windows-Media-Player.htm) and freeme2 (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/freeme2-freeware-lossless-DRM-remover-for-Windows-Media-WMV-WMA-files.htm) doesn't support the latest version of IBX. I haven't seen any other lossless DRM removal software (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/) that does.

You can still re-record your videos with screen video capture software (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/).
