Hello,

I have some media files which I have lost my license info for.
I can still play them, but should I ever format or buy a new pc they would be lost to me.

Is there a way to get the keys back? I don't need to remove the DRM, I just want the keys back.
Problem is that my my media player has version 11.0.6002.18111.
Is there any way to do this? Latest drmdbg version always closes itself a few secs after opening.

Try to backup your licences. Also ask your content provider how you can re-acquire licences.

You may need to re-install your OS, you may also want to use your files on a new PC, so the only thing I can suggest is to use DRM removal software (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/). Lossless DRM removal software doesn't work with IBX 11.0.6002.1811, so you can either use lossy DRM removal software or direct sound recording software (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-audio-stream/direct-sound-recording.htm) and/or screen video capture software (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/).
