I've been trying with rtmpdump with no success. Also tried debugging and finding the stream urls but they are exactly the same as what can be seen by viewing the page source.

The site also uses SWF verification, making it even trickier.

As far as im aware for RTMP dump you actually need a url ending with the file extension, right?

Well the guy I quoted said he got them with Jaksta (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Jaksta-Streaming-Media%20Recorder-and-Converter.htm).. according to their site, RTMPE can be gotten via their program but only if there is a playlist. So im curious to know how that poster got it to work.

I've tried rtmpdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm) but I can't find the RTMPE URL's and my filenames I were trying to download were way off as the ones Jaksta was trying to download are way different to any filename I'd seen in my manual way. (Which included using a debugger, swf decompiler etc, I guess it must be because of the SWF verification).

EDIT: IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING WITH GETFLV (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/GetFLV-Download-and-convert-flash-video-streaming.htm)!!! Pretty slow but it's downloading, same duration issue but I think GetFLV may be able to fix it with it's fixer function.

the videos play fine, but im guessing Jaksta (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Jaksta-Streaming-Media%20Recorder-and-Converter.htm) is just dumping the flv file and it would not be indexed properly unless i recorded the stream exactly when it started but i figured out how to fix it. download with jaksta (im using 3.1) , then use the repair tool in GetFLV (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/GetFLV-Download-and-convert-flash-video-streaming.htm) to fix the file

The only problem is that the newest version doesn't support SWF verification anymore. Do you use RMC 3.0.1 or do you use 3.0.2 with older rtmp plug-in?
