I am facing porblem with Flash video streaming using RTMP protocol. We are using a Video cam for video via a software .

When i try to use video in india which is in a MPLS network the video and the audio is fine .

When i try to do a Video session between india and a site abroard ,the video and the audio delay varies between 10-20 secs ,hence there is a delay in the video and the voice .

The network connectivity between india and abroad is as below

India to Location A (abroad ) is IPLC

Location A to other sites is VSAT .

Hence when the video session is done from India to other location ,there is a video problem .

If anyone has faced this issues ,can u pl help me

I have noticed that when we use the Flash video streaming ,there is a considerable drop in the bandwith and it is around 50 kpbs ,while the allocated bandwith is 384 kbps .

Specifically, Can you please provide me with the URL of the video you're trying to record, so I can trouble shoot the issue?

Also, you might want to look at our list of Flash Video Recorders (http://www.all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/record-streaming-video-Adobe-Flash-FLV-videos.htm) and Screen Capture (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) software, which is also great for webcams.
