I have tried to find the solution via google but I've now
given up. Does anyone have a solution...?
I recently reloaded windows XP so not sure if that caused the
problem.
I was using it to strip the DRM from downloaded iplayer shows
and it worked fine until recently.
The error message is:
wmv does not appear to be licensed to you.
Maybe this cannot be fixed at this point in time.
Cheers....!

What is your IBX version? 11.0.6001.8015?
When individualizing /re-indiidualizing M$ forces you to get the latest version of IBX. Nor FairUse4WM (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/FairUse4WM-freeware-DRM-removal-Windows-software-Strip-copy-protection-from-WMV-ASF-WMA-Windows-Media-Player.htm), not other lossless DRM removal software (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/) supports this IBX.

So after going to folder: all users/DRM and right clicking IndivBox.Key, the version is:11.0.0.4321
Have I done this right...?
Is this version supported...?
acquiring licences is already un-checked.

Most probably you need to acquire a new license, but I don't really know how to do that without deleting the DRM folder.
