that what i got when i try to download file.

rtmpdump -r "rtmpe://example.com:1935/vimp4:/1/18/01703.mp4" -S localhost:8118 -o filename.mp4

i replace the real domain with example.com

the site only allow visitor from its country so i have to use tor.

Try to use a VPN instead of TOR. TOR is too risky to use anyway.

i used both rtmpsuck and rtmpsrv but with no luck.

here what i did. i test on before pbs before the real site because i don 't how to use them

In hosts file i change fcds84.lga.llnw.net to 127.0.0.1
then open rtmpsrv ( i tried both)
open the site and watch. the site steam but cmd still stay the same.

You seem to use Windows. Have you tried to use StreamTransport (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/StreamTransport-Download-HTTP-RTMP-RTMPE-streams.htm) or CooJah + Blader (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Blader-freeware-RTMP-downloader.htm)?

yes i tried both of them. even the Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm).

at the end i was able to download from pbs after several testing.

it the tvb.com that i been having trouble with.

at first i used pbs because i'm not familiar with rtmpsrv/suck.
after i i was able to download from pbs i used the same method on tvb but there an error about handshake.

i can get pbs video with StreamTransport (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/StreamTransport-Download-HTTP-RTMP-RTMPE-streams.htm) or CooJah + Blader (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Blader-freeware-RTMP-downloader.htm).

with tvb the StreamTransport or CooJah + Blader can capture the rtmp link cant download it, there a error when i tried to download it.

there something i need to ask about rtmpsuck. it act like a proxy that will record the incoming stream? where will the file be saved at? i finish streaming the whole video but cant find the file.

You can use rtmpsuck for capturing RTMP streams. It will save them to your hard drive in Linux, but I'm not sure about Windows.

You can also capture RTMP streams with CooJah (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Blader-freeware-RTMP-downloader.htm) without Blader. You can also use the RTMP recording mode of Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) 4 for that.

can it record 2 stream video at the same time and why doesn't rtmpdump work?
does rtmpdump work in protocol rtmpe?

Tools -> Settings -> RTMP Download Tweaks -> Always record RTMP streams instead of downloading.

Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) can download/capture multiple streams simultaneously. But some web-sites do not allow you to watch/download several streams at the same time.

does rtmpdump work in protocol rtmpe?
rtmpdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm) can download RTMPE streams. To find correct parameters you may use rtmpsrv and rtmpsuck (Linux is recommended).
