How were you able to download it?
your BEST bet might actually be a Screen Capture (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) tool such as Replay Video Capture (http://applian.com/replay-video-capture/)...
Making a real time copy is not the end of the world - and you're free to do with it as you please after :)

I can see that the code you've provided is time-stamped and all the respective parameters in the link were expired on: GMT: Mon, 06 Jan 2014 03:24:32 GMT :(
This will need one of the Gurus on this site to look at it ;)

That is a $$$ pay video, so the rest of us can't try it (unless we each pay for it).
But based on the "encv" in the container information, it seems like they are using flash access (or some such similar method) which doesn't just encrypt the transport protocol (rtmpe), but also the file itself.
mp4box (and others) support "encv", if you know the password. The password has to be in memory somewhere, but as far as I know, no one has gotten anywhere with flash access encryption or locating the password. One of the Chinaware utilities claimed to be working on it, but that was long ago.

Just to update that video is perfectly paying fine in adobe media player. Any idea what can be done to extract decrypted file.

Are you referring to the air player from adobe? Or something else? Provide precise details including name, version, and link.
In addition to a link to the player, upload and link to the file you're able to play with this player. If the file really is encrypted, what you're describing doesn't seem possible, unless the key is embedded within the file and only the adobe player is able to find and use it.

Okay the above users are correct - this is a PAID Video, and Definitely encrypted
In all honesty, as I said before your best bet would be a Screen Capture (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) tool such as Replay Video Capture (http://applian.com/replay-video-capture/)

Hi
I did some more look out and found that Adobe Media Player checks online license. If i am not connected to internet video wont play.
Looks like screen capture is my best shot. Can any1 tell me good screen capture software which gives mkv as an output with HD quality?
