[Beyond Frustrated!!!]

I have purchased 2 drm removal programs which are Soundtaxi (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/SoundTaxi-Convert-DRM-protected-music-from-Windows-Media-Player-iTunes-Napster-Yahoo-Music-Rhapsody.htm), and Audials one/Tunebite (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/TuneBite-Convert-DRM-protected-WMV-M4P-M4V-video-WMA-AAC-M4B-AA-music-audio-books-preserving-ID3-tags.htm). Both say that they have to convert the music videos I bought on iTunes (http://all-streaming-media.com/downloadable-audio-and-video/iTunes-Store-online-music-and-video-download-service.htm) if they will play on windows media player, Real Player, or Quick time player. When I try to play them on windows media player and the others it says that I'm missing codecs. I have no idea what to look for on the internet(that won't give me a virus or something).
Does anyone know anything that would be helpful???
