Hi
I used Soundtaxi (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/SoundTaxi-Convert-DRM-protected-music-from-Windows-Media-Player-iTunes-Napster-Yahoo-Music-Rhapsody.htm) to remove the DRM from all of my Itunes.

I recently purchased a Barnes and Nobles Nook, loaded all of my converted itunes to mp3 songs on a micro sd, stuck it in the Nook and it doesn't see them. The files work fine on a Sony Walkman player and I'm sure they would work on most mp3 players.

I called support, they said there may be traces of protection left on the mp3 files. He said rip the tunes from CD using Windows Media player and they will work. I don't want to have to burn a bunch of cds and then convert them back to mp3s from the CDs.

Anybody have any better ideas or other software that will completely strip the protection?

Soundtaxi (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/SoundTaxi-Convert-DRM-protected-music-from-Windows-Media-Player-iTunes-Napster-Yahoo-Music-Rhapsody.htm) records from sound card and converts to MP3, so there should be no any protection in the files.

Nook may have limitations on bit-rate and other MP3 settings.

Please upload one of the songs you have problem with or try to open it in a player like VLC and send me the codec details.

Hi Stream Recording Gura,

Something you said put an idea in my head.
I went back into Sound Taxi and converted
an album, but only outputted it to 128 kbps.
Worked like a charm on my Nook.

Thanks,
David
