I have signed up with digitaltutors.com but because im at uni everyday its very expensive to keep streaming hence why I really need to download the videos directly. Ive tried many programs but they all seem to give me problems...I finally thought i had solve the problem in using replay media catcher 4 but after downloading 28 videos of a complete tutorial only 5 of them actually worked. The rest giving me this error: "VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this."

I tried the videos in other flv players and still get the same problem which means they must be corrupt. I really dont understand why some videos on the same website will work and others will not.

Could anyone shed some light on my issue? If so it would be greatly appreciated! (or suggest a better program that what I have been using :) )

Use rtmpdumphelper (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/rtmp_dump_helper.html) or rtmpexplorer! the result is always fine! ;)

Ok so I gave it a go, but the file that it outputs doesnt have a format to be played as a video, under properties its just called "file" . heres an image of the console: http://i.imgur.com/NQXED.jpg
