I think this is an RTMPE stream. What software, paid or free, can download this video please? I am open to all suggestions and help. If possible I would love to catch this with RTMPDump somehow.

Just GetFLV is able to download youtube's rtmpe streams!!

That page is using Handshake 10, which is not supported by RtmpDump.

Implementing rtmpe type 8 handshake took 3 developers and hundreds of hours each. Total rtmpdump donations: 0. Implementing rtmpe type 9 handshake took 2 developers and hundreds of hours each. Total rtmpdump donations: $30.
One forum member here even had the audacity to accuse me of lying when I announced that the code was done and working. Don't hold your breath waiting for rtmpe type 10 being released in rtmpdump. Frankly none of you guys deserve it.
