Well I assume you are a newbie and dumb enough to not understand..

First ,
Download Livestreamer (https://github.com/chrippa/livestreamer/releases) and install it.

Second select voot video you want to dowanload and copy the webpage url

Third , go to 9xbuddy.com paste url and you will get THREE urls, right click and copy thr url as per your need

replace https with http

Forth and Final,
start CMD

type as follows to play it to VLC

livestreamer "hlsvariant://link you copied from webpage" best

OR

type as follows to download it.

livestreamer "hlsvariant://link you copied from webpage" best -o video.ts

and there you go..

But if you want 720p then you need to do very little hard work... Follow

Open voot video on original site which you want to download..

Hit ctrl+shift+i or Right click and inspect

Hit ctrl+f and type exactly a.m3u8?playSessionId

right click and copy that url

which looks like this
