My query is related to SET India but a different one. Its not blocked for me and IDM detects the MP4 file so i have no problem but the problem is it detects video according to the speed of my connection. I have to refresh the page n number of times and then if i get lucky i get my desired quality.

For ex the link posted above is a full HD 720p link.
And this site has 5 qualities.

A mobile 180p quality
2 360p qualities with different bitrates
2 720p qualities with different bitrates

There is no pattern in which quality i will get, its completely random.
Is there any option that we can select quality all by ourself?

Here i am using the 2nd number ie 38379 and deleting the rest.
