GoFish has .FLV videos streamed through the HTTP protocol. It easy to get them:
1. with Replay A/V (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-AV-capture-Streaming-Video-Audio-Radio-Shows-Online-TV-Broadcasts-Video-Clips-Audio-Archives-Podcasts-Free-to-try.htm)
2. from the cache of your browser
3. with URL Finding Software (http://all-streaming-media.com/find-stream-URL/URL-Finders-Packet-Sniffers-URL-Snoopers-Software-to-Find-hidden-stream-URLs.htm) and any download manager or even a browser.
These advices have already been mentioned and you may read more about them in the following thread:

p.s. The .FLV URL should look similar to the following one
http://gofish.vo.llnwd.net/o2/secure/videos/54/24/_54248/26-54248_30-1035187_soulpatrol_mpg.flv?e=1148627933&h=fe29f7c4c611b4196e89b47a13652782&ext=.flv

Foxnews has .SWF videos delivered with the HTTP protocol.
How to get them? Similar to .FLV files:
1. Download with Replay A/V (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-AV-capture-Streaming-Video-Audio-Radio-Shows-Online-TV-Broadcasts-Video-Clips-Audio-Archives-Podcasts-Free-to-try.htm)
2. Copy from the cache of your browser
3. Find the URL with URL Finding Software (http://all-streaming-media.com/find-stream-URL/URL-Finders-Packet-Sniffers-URL-Snoopers-Software-to-Find-hidden-stream-URLs.htm) and download with any download manager or even your browser.
I bet after learning about getting .FLV videos you won't have any problem with .SWF videos.
p.s. The .SWF URL should look similar to the following one
http://media2.foxnews.com/052506/052506_fr_goldblatt_56.swf

I saw this thread in searching around for how to download gofish videos and thought I'd mention that it's very easy to download the .flv file using clipnabber.com
after that you can use the tools mentioned above to either play the flv files or convert them to other formats

I often use Avdshare Video Converter to Convert WMV to Final Cut Pro supported video format liike Apple ProRes, DV etc efficiently and also to Convert FLV, AVI, MP4, VOB, MPEG-1, MPEG-2,* H.265, HEVC, WTV, RMVB or any other video format incompatible with Final Cut Pro to Final Cut Pro supported one.It is very good ,you can have a try,I hope this will help you.
