It's easy. First you install the Real Media Player.
Real media player lets you download a video. It places "Download this video" at the right corner of any video feed.

It will download the video feed in .flv format. Many video play back softwares used for broadcast such as virtual cams can't see those. So the work around would be to change the extension of the .flv file to .avi. I my case it worked.

Real Player can download HTTP flash video streams. To download or capture RTMP streams, you need an RTMP Flash stream recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/record-streaming-video-Adobe-Flash-FLV-videos.htm).

Changing FLV file extension to AVI is a bad idea. You can use FLV players like freeware Applian FLV Player (http://www.applian.com/flvplayer/).
