What software are you using?

Also, There is nothing but a domain page at Renatosaraiva.com - can you doublecheck the URL please and post an EXACT link to a video you're having trouble recording?

here is an alternative method to the url addresses from www.renatosaraiva.com.br to find


1. you download first Fiddler here please (http://fiddler2.com/get-fiddler) install and run


2. then copy the url from www.renatosaraiva.com.br

3. and paste to here and clik "Execute"

4. from left side you have then a result HTTP:// protocol, we click with the right mouse button and select "Inspect in new Window"
