How can I download my Facebook videos in order to post them on Youtube and save them on my Mac?

I have tried using Window > Activity > (double-clicking on video), but it does not seem to work for me. I have also tried the Firefox add-on Media Pimp, but when the "Save Video" option was not available. I only have the videos saved on Facebook, and I want my own copies on my Mac.

Try to use other Firefox extensions. For example, use Fast Video Download.

Or download with software like Jaksta for Mac (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Jaksta-for-Mac-streaming-media-recorder-and-converter.htm).
