A Screen Capture (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) tool such as Replay Video Capture (http://applian.com/replay-video-capture/) will also do the trick for you, with Sub-Titles

It's going to be hard to find something free for this - as the recordings are encrypted via rtmpe

I already have Replay Video Capture and Replay Media Catcher , both can take a very good picture quality, thanks Applian. But I'm looking for is a tool for download not screen capture
