Yes, it's quite easy to record with Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) or any Screen Capture (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) program!

RMC (the first) would be the easiest solution though :)

Probably running in "Demo Mode" (only around 50% of the video will be downloaded). Buying the program will remove this restriction.
