Hi!

http://www.cision.com/us/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/vice-logo1.jpg

Today I was trying to download the closed captions from the site of www.vice.com
Obviously I always mean those videos that are only in the site.

I already know how to download the videos from there. If someone needs help on that, I can tell you that I use Adobe HDS and I did the following video instructions:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WfkWxsY6BGQ

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now For example
How can I do if I would want to download the following subtitles of this Video ?:
http://www.vice.com/hamiltons-pharmacopeia/getting-high-on-krystle

I also saw a post in this forum that was asking the same as I do. The answer was to open the Console in firefox and then type "/cc/" to find the captions, but when I do that it does not appear anything to me.
I also spent more time looking trough the console trying different things to find them, but I couldn't make it

Sorry for bothering you.
Thanks!

Can you explain me how do I get them?.
If I need to descrypt that SMIL, What can I use to do that?

Not trivial,

you must decrypt rijndael 128-cbc with some key&iv and then unzip the result to obtain a xml from which to get the subs-url.

Ohh thanks.
So maybe I can use PHP or an online tool to decrypt the algorithm of Rijandael 128 CBC. But it isn't a Random Key, Right?
How did you get the key?

If you start the video and enable captions, the captions xml is also saved to the browser cache. For the video you reference, IE saved the captions file to 142545969[1].xml under the Temporary Internet Files folder structure.
