i think you need a proxy for that
when you have direct parameters for rtmpdump then works fine

Stream working with vlc, not working with rtmpdump. I need use rtmdump. This may not be the territorial restriction IP.

vlc works with a direct link vlc rtmp://flash.cdn.deluxemusic.tv/deluxemusic.tv-live/web_850.stream without any parameter

But what's strange it's working on VLC flawlessly.
