hi guys, hope you can help , when recording with my creative live pro webcam on the playback the audio is fine and the initial frame is there ok but it takes ages to get to the end of the clip and then all the movement (picture capture ) is crammed into the last few second at what looks like double speed. I have tried playing about with frame rates and audio preferences but to no success.
if i deselect audio it plays back fine ( obviously with no audio ).
I`m running xp, and it used to work fine on this system !!!! dont use it very often so not sure what i did to screw it up....

What software do you use to play your recordings?

If there is some problem with codecs when playing videos, you can try to download a player with built-in codecs like freeware VLC. If you use Windows Media Player, you can try to install a codec pack like K-Lite Mega Codec Pack.
