I already have the outer website, I need the streaming component added and this is a starting project, so its a tight budget, but I am interested in hearing your bids for this project..

You need to tell that it's one way or two way streaming. I mean you will talk in front of the camera but the other person will be able to do the same or just watch ?

If it s one way my recommendation is to use BlinkoTV, a solution from the company I work for.
