I recorded video tutorials with screen video capture software (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) for YouTube. I created x264 and xvid .MP4 640 x 480 videos.

When I post these videos to YouTube, they become very poor in quality. How can I create YouTube with a higher quality and HD quality?

Try using a video camera HD compliable. I am using a Vixia HF10 model and I am very happy with the video quality.
