I've tried and tried before I posted somewhere asking for help. So this is my last resort.
The site is mixlr.com. There is a radio show from my country that they upload there. I've tried with wireshark but I couldn't.
The farthest I've gotten is to get this "link":

But I can figure it out how to put it together. I hope someone can give me a hand. Thank you very much.

use INTERNET DOWNLOAD MANAGER
in IDM click ADD URL then copy and paste this url
rtmp://edge03.mixlr.com:443/static/production/mixlr-production/audio/3b4f767913ebef432eeab7c1d637ba4c
it will start download:) :)
