I like WM Converter (http://all-streaming-media.com/convert-audio-video-files/WM-Converter-audio-video-file-conversion-within-WM-Recorder.htm) a lot. It was able to convert many files that other converters were not able to handle.

The problem is that I need to convert hundreds of songs and I would like to preserve complete directory structure after conversion. Will that be too difficult to implement?
